We were in our second show today and Tex did AMAZINGLY well!!! It was just a schooling show this time...and the people parked next to us talked me into showing him in Equitation even though I didn't have a chance to warm him up at all!:eek: AND he did AWESOME! We went in the arena and rode with confidence and no nervous breakdowns...no riding above the bit, no crowding others, correct leads, good transitions and above all WE HAD FUN!!!! Then the winners were announced, I wasn't even really paying attention...I was just BEAMING at Mike because it went so well, and they called my name for THIRD PLACE!!:eek: :eek: :eek: ::giggle:: ::giggle:: ::giggle:: ::giggle::

Mike didn't get any pics because he said he was enthralled with how well the class went...he was too busy enjoying seeing us have a great ride!!::giggle::
After that a friend talked me into doing the trail class...that was HILARIOUS! In my dressage saddle...rofl! Oh well, Tex did great with that, too. He went over the log without trouble the second time around, and the cones didn't eat him after all!:rolleyes:
All in all a wonderful day...
